It's go time...

Back Squats rest 90 seconds between sets
5 @ 75% 1RM
3 @ 85% 1RM
ME @ 95% 1RM (minimum to complete is 1)

Then...
3 rounds for time of:
21 Power Cleans (115/75#)
27 Burpees
27 GHD Sit-ups


Two very important dates coming up.. well technically 3 very important dates... Valentine's Day is Feb 14th... RACE on the BASE is Feb 22nd... and Ill let you all figure out the third one :)
