30 Wall Balls (20/14#)
30 Pull Ups
**If you complete one round in 6 minutes than your time is extended to 12 minutes to try and complete another round! If you make 2 rounds in 12 Min then you have 18 minutes to try and complete 3 rounds! Let's see how far YOU can get! Work hard!!!
