Happy Friday! I think running club needs to be FULL tomorrow morning! We can just jog 3 miles but I want to see a ton of you here! 6:45 ish out front of Recoil!!
Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
Run 400m

5 Deadlift 
5 Hang Cleans 
5 Front Squats 

WOD:
AMRAP in 15 min
7 Clean and Jerk (135/95#)
20 Toes to Bar 

If theres time left after the WOD work on a lift if you like!
