Run 400m carrying wall ball (20/14#) 
As many Wall Balls As possible in 2 min 
Run 400 (don’t forget your ⚽️) 
As many Wall Ball sit ups in 2 min
Run 400m (with 🏀) 
As many pull ups in 2 min 
Run 400m (with 🏈) 
As many ground to overhead in 2 min (95/65#) 
Burpee broad jump to end of building and back 
*2 min starts right when you get back, 
one partner look at clock the other start movement. 
Keep track of reps
