Warm Up:
Run 400m
Ski 15 Calories 
10 Kettlebell Swings (35/26#)


Skill/Strength:
You have 15 Min to work on you Personal Goal for January! 
**if you aren't participating in this challenge don't worry... a coach will give you something to do :) 


WOD:
12 Rounds 
In 1 minute:
120 meter Shuttle Run 
As many push ups as possible in remaining time
**rest 1 min between rounds 
**Score is total push ups
