Run 400m

6 Push Press 
5 Burpees 


Strength:
Power Cleans 
8-5-3-3-2 
**if you are sore stick with 8-5-5-5 and go lighter 


WOD:
10 Rounds for time of:
7 Power Cleans (115/75#)
7 Shoulder to Overhead 
7 Box Jumps
