Let's try something a little different!

Today you can try the workout below... or you can make up a WOD from earlier this week, or you can work on a lift or skill!!! Just get your butt into RECOIL!

Workout:
Sled drag max distance in 8 minutes (135/90#) 50 meter increments
 
Then: For Time:
100 burpees to 6" target.
