For time:
6 Rounds for Time
Run 200m
6 Deadlifts (65/45#)
6 Power Cleans
6 Hang Cleans
6 Push Press
6 Thrusters
6 Back Squat
**Bar can't be put down once you start DEADLIFTS until you finish back squats.... If you need to drop the bar down its a 6 Burpee Penalty! Your choice whether you do the burpees all at the end of right when ya drop it... HAVE FUN!!!!
