Happy Memorial Day! Class today is 9am only! Hope you can make it out! Listed below is the WOD... looks kinda like "Tabata This" except with a special twist! Have a great day! Normal schedule resumes tomorrow!

"Tabata Nikki !"
Tabata Pull Ups
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Squat
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Burpees
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Push-up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Sit-up

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is going to be total number of reps!!! Go for the highest number ever :) :)
