150 Thrusters (30/20# dumbbells)
100 Pull Ups
75 Box Jumps (24/20")
Run 200m Each (relay)

Rules:
 1 Person works
1 Person Hold 115lbs (overhead or at shoulder)
If the bar hits the ground.... 10 Burpees for both partners!
