Attention all Runners...

Running Club meets at 7 am for a few miles... see you there

Then... 8am ... CrossFit WOD!!!  There will be options...

Five rounds for time of:
135/95 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
135/95 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
135/95 pound Push jerk, 6 reps


Or you can make up a WOD from this week....

or...
we can drag out tires and sleds and make something up!
