Gym open... come run with us at 6:45am!!!

Then workout at 8am!!!

Team WOD:
Teams of 5-6 members
1 Mile Run
200 Burpees
3k Meter Row
300 Wall Balls (20/14#)
50 reps Tire Flips
400 Sit Ups

**All movements are to be completed before team can continue! Team runs the mile together then complete the rest as a combination of everyone!! ENJOY!
