Hang Snatches + OH Squat
10 sets of 1 rep - execute the snatch, stand tall, then go into an OH squat. If you catch the snatch in a full squat, you get to do 2 squats. This is to practice comfort in the bottom of an OH squat, try hanging out at the bottom for a three count. Here is a great video to watch before coming in - Waiting to Launch

Chest to bar pull-ups
Clean and jerk (95/65#)
Hand release push-ups
GHD Sit-ups
