Such an exciting week!! Little birdie told me MIGUEL will be home soon!

Warm Up:
Run 800m
15 Back Ext
10 Burpees
10 Wall Balls
20 Sit Ups

WOD:
5 Rounds for time of:
5 Overhead Squats (135/95#)
10 Toes To Bar
15 Hang Squat Cleans (40/20# dumbbell)
20 Double Unders

**This is the week I've been waiting for... TIME TO RUN CANADA!!! Nikki and Casie will be leaving  Wednesday for a few days. Wanted to thank Miguel and Jaimie for helping run Recoil so I can attend this adventure! Jaimie will be running morning classes Thursday, Friday and Saturday while Miguel has lunch and Afternoon classes!!!  Class schedule will run as normal and hope you all have a great week!! I will see you Monday and Tuesday this week!
