Warm Up:
 Run 1 mile
60 Walking Lunges
Run 800m

5 rounds
Sprint 50m
slow row 50m

5 Rounds
Sprint 100m
Slow row pace 100m

and when I say sprint... I mean SPRINT!

**Gym closed tomorrow for the competition! Please come out and watch our boys kick some butt! It's always nice to see Recoil cheering them on, on the side lines! LOCATION: Dynamic Duo at the Marina Green in Long Beach.  386 E Shoreline Dr. Long Beach, CA 90802. First heat starts at 9am!!!
