WELCOME TO JANUARY!!!

So happy to be in 2015 and back to a normal routine! We look forward to seeing you all this WEEK!!! Vacations over!!

Warm Up:
 Row 1000m
Hip Flexor Stretches
8 Burpees
10 Air Squats
20 Sit Ups
