Love is in the air!!!

Here is a fun Partner WOD for Valentine's Day!!

Warm Up:
Run 800m
3 Rounds with Partner
15 Wall Balls (14/10#)
These are to be done with a partner, 15 each, you do one wall ball then I catch the ball and do one wall ball.... etc

Partner WOD:
For Time:
Run 800m (together)
20 Partner Deadlifts (185/135#)
40 Burpee partner Jump Over
60 Wall Ball Sit Up Toss (14/10#)
Partner Wheel barrow to end of building then switch
60 Wall Ball Si Up Toss
40 Burpee Partner Jump Over
20 Partner Deadlifts
Run 800m (together)

***No Running club tomorrow but we will see you all for the 8am WOD!!
