It's Monday you know what that means... time for another CrossFit GIRL!!

Warm Up:
3 Rounds
5 V-Ups
10 Burpees
15 Russian Twist

For time:
100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats

Try not to, but you can break up if necessary!
