Warm Up:
 
Run 800m

3 Rounds 
5 Pull Ups
10 push Ups
15 Air Squats

Lift: (can be done after WOD)

Find Max Power Cleans 

WOD:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots
100 double-unders

Scaled version is 

50 Wall balls 
200 Singles
