Today starts week 2 of the burpee Challenge! 93 Burpees today!
Warm Up
Run 800m
Stretch out hip flexers (tight from burpees)
Then...
3 Rounds
10 jump Squats
10 V-Ups
10 Dumbbell Push Press (25/15#)
WOD:
2 Rounds for time of:
Row 1000m
50 Thrusters (65/45#)
30 Pull Ups (chest to bar if you are training for NLI)
**We did heavy Thrusters Friday so this should be a breeze :)
**NLI is coming up May 16th at Orange County Fair Grounds! A few of us have signed up... if you don't want to participate at least come out and support :)
**Okay let's be honest... Who quit the Burpee Challenge already???
