Friday

I just love short weeks!!
Reminder that there is no class tomorrow morning! Come watch some awesome partner CrossFit at Citizen CrossFit in Anaheim!! 8am-4pm. We have 4 teams competing!! 

Warm Up:
Stretch out and let's race!!! 
 2- 400m Sprints 
4- 200m Sprints 
Rest 30 Seconds between each sprint 


Lift:
 Deadlift 
  3-3-3-3-3-3-3 
This is not a max, aim for about 75% of your 1 rep max, so you are able to rep thru it! 

WOD:
For time:
Row 800m
50 Jumping Pull Ups (bar must hit lower wrist, shouldn't be super easy!!)
75 Sit Ups 
50 Mountain Climbers (each leg) 
75 Sit Ups
50 Walking Lunges (each leg)
Row 800m
