10 Burpees 
10 Air Squats
5 Pull Ups 


LIFT:
 If you feel like it :) 
 Let's work on some deadlifts... your choice: max out, work on form, or 3-3-3-3-3 

WOD:
 AMRAP in 20 min
2 Rope Climbs 
10 Push Press (95/65#)
20 GHD Sit Ups
