Monday!

This is the week we have been waiting for ALL YEAR!!! As of June 20th Recoil has made it 5 years! Thank you all so much for being a part of the family and supporting us! We couldn't have done it without you! Please join us for an amazing celebration June 27th 12-4pm! Bring your family and friends and come enjoy some food and fun!!! 

Warm Up:
Stretch out hip Flexors, shoulders, and lats...
3 Rounds 
Jog 200m
10 Jumping Pull Ups 
15 Sit Ups
10 Burpees 

2 sets .. 30 doouble unders
              15 Jump Squats 

then... 

FRAN!!! 

WOD:
 21-15-9 reps for time of 
Thrusters (95/65#)
Pull Ups
