Beach WOD was fun! Mark your calendars for (Aug. 1st, 1pm till whenever) Recoil Beach BBQ and BON FIRE at Bolsa Chica! Going to be a blast!

Warm Up:
Run 800m
3 Rounds of
10 Air Squat
10 Push Ups
10 Kettlebell Swings

Lift:
3-3-3-3-3 Hang Clean

WOD:

"White"

Five rounds for time of:
15' Rope climb, 3 ascents
10 Toes to bar
21 Walking lunge steps with 45/25lb plate held overhead
Run 400 meters
