So we handled the Kipping HandStand Push Ups pretty well! Who's up for making muscle ups a goal????



Warm Up:
EMOM for 8 Min
5 Kettlebell Swings
5 Clean and Jerks (45/35#)

LIFT:
Back Squats (50% of max)
10-5-3-3-3-5-10 (with 2 sec pause at bottom)

WOD:
For time:
100 Double Unders
50 Calorie Row
25 Step Ups (each leg) on Box holding DB's (24/20") (45/35#)
