Barbells for Boobs is tomorrow MORNING!!! 8am here at Recoil! Please wear your best pink and come have fun at a quick workout for a great cause!!! Bring family and friends all are welcome!

Warm Up:
Row 500m
3x
20 Sit ups (legs straight up.. toe touch)
40 Mountain Climbers

WOD:
10 Min Cap (athletes competing have a 5 min cap!)
21 Pull Ups
21 Deadlifts (135/95#)
15 Pull Ups
15 Ground to Shoulder (135/95#) (so power clean or deadlift and hang clean)
9 Pull Ups
9 Front Squats (135/95#)

**This is division 3 weight Division 4 is (95/65) Practice harder than your prescribed weight ... i.e. 75 instead of 65#)
