Warm Up:
4x 400m Run (timed) rest 1 Min in between!

Lift:
Overhead Squats
3-3-3-3-3

WOD:
4 Rounds for time of:
20 Wall Balls (20/14#)
15 Russian Twist (25/15) (each side)
10 Hang Cleans (155/115#)


**Mobility Tonight 6pm
**Friday 4-7pm is Open Gym at Recoil! Normal CrossFit wod still an option!
**Doughnut Run Saturday 8am (bring 2 bucks)
**Ghoul Run at Rush Park in Rossmoor 8am Sunday!
