Tabata Power Clean, 75/55 lb.
Tabata sit-up
Tabata Push Press, 75/55 lb.
Tabata OH Plate Sit Ups
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There is no rest between exercises.
