Now back to the grind!

Recoil is excited to have Jay Dee visiting us tonight at the 6pm class to give tips on ROWING!! He was part of the National Rowing Team and will be hosting a rowing seminar here at Recoil Saturday March 5th! Anyone is welcome, it will be $30 a person for a 2 hour hands on training!
