Ever heard of the CrossFit  Games?? The first Open workout is announced this Thursday at 5pm! We will be doing these workouts as a gym on Monday's! :) Check out CrossFit Games website for details and info! There are some amazing athletes to follow!

Can anyone do a handstand from the seated position?? Goals!

Warm Up:
3 Rounds
Run 200m
20 Sec Handstand Hold
2 Wall Climbs
20 Sec Squat Hold

Back Squat: 3-3-5-5-5-3-3
Shoulder Press (strict) 3-3-5-5-5-3-3
Use the 3 reps for warm up and lighter weight... then 5 reps for heavier... followed by 3 reps of final heavy push!

8 Rounds for time:
30 Double Unders
10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
10 Burpees

**Yoga/Mobility Thursday night 6pm!
**Lifting Class Moved to Friday 5 pm!
