It's Monday AGAIN!!! March is coming to an end... What will April bring??

Warm Up:
3 Rounds
Row 200m
30 sec on Assault Bike
10 KB Swings


21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Burpees (jump over barbell)

Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.

**The dinner before 80's night was so much fun!! The 80's night part... not so much haha ... We are starting "Recoil Family Dinner Night" once a month or so! Stay tuned!!
