Warm Up:

30 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
Run 200m

AMRAP in 15 Min
10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55#)
10 Knee to Elbow
Run 200m

Last weeks running club was PACKED! :) Let's try for the same this week! We will only do 3 or 4 for a Tough Mudder Prep!
