Happy Monday! Hope weekend was as awesome as ours was! Nice little adventure hike... snakes and all!

Look who's all grown up!!! We are so happy to announce that our very own Robert has passed his CrossFit  Level 1 Cert with flying colors!! Robert will be taking over some of the classes to Coach and we look forward to the amazing things he can bring to Recoil!

I have a feeling its going to be a great week! Make sure to stretch well after workouts and get lots of water! Recovery is an important part of making yourself stronger and healthier!

Warm Up:

100 Double Unders
50 Kettlebell Swing (53/35#)
25 Thrusters (95/65#)

6 Rounds for time:
3 Clean and Jerks (135/95#)
2 Rounds of "Cindy"
1 Rope Climb

**(Cindy= 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats)

**We are excited to announce Recoil will be hosting our first competition May 21st! It is a female partner WOD! Details to come, but start working on a max Clean and Jerk :)
