If you are joining us for the 1/2 Tough Mudder on April 17th, you owe me 2 5k's a week! They can be your warm up, before or after a WOD, or even your workout! Just get them done!  :)

Warm Up!

Run 400m
1 Min on Assault Bike 

3-3-5-5-5-3-3 By the 5 reps you should be at 75% of your deadlift max! 

4 Rounds for Time of:
Run 400m
16 Box Jumps (24/20")
10 Overhead Squats (95/65#)
20 GHD Sit Ups  

Join us for Yoga this Thursday at 6pm! This is a great class to use for active recovery and good stretching!
