It's a beautiful MONDAY!!! T-minus 6 Days Until the TOUGH MUDDER!

We are excited to have the Progenex Team with us tonight at Recoil for samples of their supplements! 4-6:30pm! Come check them out!

Warm Up:

Lift:
Clean and Jerk.... Let's Test that 1 Rep Max

WOD:
3 Rounds for Time (goal under 20 min)
15 Toes To Bar
5 HSPU
15 KettleBell Swings
5 Deadlifts (185/135)
15 Calorie Row

**Yoga Thursday 6pm and the Tough Mudder is Sunday! Our start Time is 9:30 am!
** This Week starts the 6:30 pm class!  Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday! 7pm class now starts at 6:30pm!!
