5-5-5-5-5 Bench Press, climb up in weight

We are going to try a little something different today... this may hurt :)

 For Time: *this workout is NOT a sprint... work on form and push yourself to get a little out of your comfort zone! The jog is for a recovery to prepare for next lift :)

Run 400m
30 Cleans (185/105#)
Run 400m
30 Shoulder to Overhead (155/95)
Run 400m
20 Hang Squat Snatch (95/65#)

This isn't about RX..this is about picking a weight that will challenge you. If you are not into lifting heavy, this can be scaled into a lower weight conditioning workout.
