Skill: Strict Pull Ups

If you can't do them, grab the lowest band you can do them with, if you can do them, let's try some weighted strict pull ups :)

WOD:

40 Double Unders
20 Wall Balls (20/14#)
40 Sit Ups
20 Burpees

Rest 2 Min

21-15-9 Reps of:
Pull Ups
Overhead Squats (95/65#)
