Did someone say TABATA!!!???

Warm Up:
 Row 500m
 EMOM for 6 Min of:
5 Push Ups
5 Hang Cleans
5 Shoulder Press (strict)

Skill/Fun Stuff:
2 Rounds
50 ft Tire Flips
50ft Bear Crawl
*Partner up, one flips the tire down while the other bear crawls... then switch and head back!

Tabata Row
Rest 1 Min
Tabata Air Squats
Rest 1 Min
Tabata Row
Rest 1 Min
Tabata Burpees

Tabata is 8 intervals of 20 sec on 10 sec off. Score will be the LOWEST number you hit during each movement. So at the end you should have 4 numbers on the board!
