See you all tomorrow for running club at 6:45a and then CrossFit Workout at 8am! **Remember Recoil is closed Monday for a BEACH WOD!  meet us down at Bolsa Chica State Beach at 8am for a little run/workout! We will jog a little then knock out a few rounds of a body weight wod... then jog some more! Bring your friends and kids and let's have a fun beach workout! (Meeting behind jack N the box off PCH & Warner)
