Friday YEAH!!! Tomorrow we have running club at 6:45a and CrossFit workout at 8am. Then let's hop in the car and head to CrossFit Unum to support Jayson and Nick!! 


Warm Up:

1 Min on Assault Bike
10 Push Ups

Man this week has been TOUGH!! Fridays are open gym, so if you missed one of the great workouts, make it up today! Or... try this little gem :)
