Last day to get a good workout in before chow time! See today! 

Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
Row 300m
15 Double Unders 
10 Cal Assault Bike 

 Recoil Tabata! 

20 sec on, 10 sec off for 8 rounds of the following:
Toes To Bar
Air Squats 
Sit Ups 
Push Press (45/35#) 

Complete all 8 rounds of one movement, rest 1 min to write down score, then continue to next movement! Work the ENTIRE 20 seconds! Push yourselves! I want to see scores over 300 :) 

**Recoil is open normal schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week! We are closed Thursday and Friday but an at home workout will be posted. We open again Saturday for 8am class! Happy Turkey Day!
