**This Thursday there will be NO lunch class, and Friday morning will have NO am classes so plan you week accordingly :)

Warm Up:
Run 800m
2 Rounds 
20 Walking Lunges 
10 Slam Balls 
5 Superman (hold for 20 sec)

4 Rounds for time of: (30min cap) 
30 Push Ups 
20 Front Squats (115/75#)
20 Push Press (115/75#) feet can't leave grnd
30 GHD Sit Ups
