Running club let's do a few miles tomorrow at 6:45am

40 Jumping Jacks 
40 Mountain Climbers
15 Slam Balls (20/15#)

3 Rounds 
10 Leg Lifts (hang from pull up bar lift legs into L position) 
**Don't swing! Slow and steady 

EMOM for 13 Min 
Even Min: 10 Deadlifts (225/185#)
Odd Min: As Many KettleBell Swings as Possible (53/35#)
