August is coming to an end... kids are going back to school, life is returning to normal again... 
Now time to get back to the GYM! Minimum 3 days a week, no exceptions! 


Warm Up:
Run 200m
10 Wall Balls (14/10#)
6 Burpees 
15 Sit Ups 


Core Work:
2 Rounds 
2 min Plank :)
45 Sec Right Side Plank
45 Sec Left Side Plank 


WOD:
Who remembers CF Open 2017?? 
10 Rounds for time of:
9 Thrusters (95/65#)
35 Double Unders
