Happy September 1st
See everyone tomorrow morning 7:15 at Recoil to run to our family breakfast!! We are leaving at 7:30am! 
Warm Up:
Run 800m

5 Inch worm Push Ups 
  (walk hands out, push up, walk feet to hands keeping legs straight)
