Warm Up:

10 PVC Pass Thru
10 PVC OH Squats 


Lift:
Overhead Squats 
8-5-5-3-3
8 reps with empty bar and climb up


WOD:
AMRAP in 15 min 
4 Bar Muscle Ups 
6 Turkish Get Ups (35/25#) 
8 Push Ups
