Friday's are OPEN GYM! What a great time to work on a skill 
don't have muscle ups... practice... want to learn butterfly pull ups...

Warm Up:
Run 800m

16 DB Snatches (20/15#)
16 GHD Sit Ups 


WOD:
OPEN GYM! 
1. If you are not coming tomorrow I encourage you to do "Grace" 
    30 Clean and Jerks (135/95#)
2. Run 5k 

3. Skill Work or Lift 

4. Create your own workout or pick one you missed in the last few weeks!
