Box Jumps (24/20")
KettleBell Swings (53/35#)
Walking Lunges 
Knee to Elbow 


**Don't forget to regiserter for the Long Beach Turkey Trot! 8:30am start time 5k or 10k! What a great way to kick off Thanksgiving Day!
