8am we are completing the workout "Grace" 30 Clean and Jerks for time!

Warm Up:

10 Shoulder Press (45/35#)


Lift:
Deadlifts 
10-10-5-5-5
**5 rep max if you are feeling it


WOD:
3 Rounds for time:
12 Hang Clean and Jerks (115/75#)
30 Wall Balls (20/14#)
30 Double Unders 
12 Pull Ups
