**Alternate between the two, if you don't have a MU yet grab a band! Great at bar MU, try the last two sets on the rings!

30 Calorie Row 
15 Ring Dips 
10 Turkish Get Ups (50/25#)
*this is heavy... warm up light.. if you can't stabilize the weight you won't be doing it 😉
